Terrible experience at the receiving office. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely uninterested in helping drivers and were very slow with the check-in process. I ended up waiting for hours with no clear communication about when I would be unloaded. There’s no respect for drivers’ time, and the lack of proper facilities makes it even worse. If you’re a truck driver, avoid this place if possible. Definitely one of the worst receiving experiences I’ve had.”

Had the steering cylinder on my Clark forklift changed today. My tech Jason worked with me on a good time to do the service, called me yesterday to confirm, and showed up today ready to work. He was polite and very professional. He was prepared and preformed the service out of the way and cleaned the area when he was done. Upon completion he wiped the machine down then drove it like a mad operator to insure no leaks.I am on Liftone's PM program and will recommend them to anyone who wants a quality service company.

Had a Yale forklift and needed parts for a service, dealer at my area on the west coast did not bother helping me even thought I called them 5 times and they promised to get me a list of parts and never did. I called LiftOne and even though they told me they could not sell me parts the parts salesman offered to help me gather the correct part numbers needed for service even though they were closing in 15 minutes.
